Investors will be entitled to purchase financial instruments through the crowdfunding platform UAB „Finansų bitė verslui“, a private limited company established in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 304175555, business address Šv. Ignoto St. 5, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. UAB „Finansų bitė verslui“ is included in the official Public List of Crowdfunding Platform Operators and its activities are supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. Thus, the investors will have to become clients of such crowdfunding platform at first. In order to be able to acquire financial instruments investors will have to become clients of the financial brokerage firm UAB FMĮ “DV INVEST”, a private limited company established in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 300153084, business address Konstitucijos pr. 23, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. UAB FMĮ “DV INVEST” holds category B financial brokerage firm licence (valid from 2009) and its activities are supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. Investors will have to open their personal financial instruments’ accounts at the financial brokerage firm UAB FMĮ “DV INVEST.
